How You Can Help Your Park

Emergency Measures

Remember that we always have an emergency horn in the red box mounted on the fence between the all dog and time out/acclimation area fence. A quick blow of the horn gives dog owners enough time to grab a stunned dog and separate them; and tossing a bowl of water works too!

Hours

The park is open from dawn to 8pm.

The Essentials

Water availability: there is a water bubbler located in all dog and small dog areas, and a human bubbler in the all dog area. Simply press on the button and water will flow into the dish for them. You are welcome to bring your own dishes, but we ask that you do not leave them behind.
Waste stations:  there are four waste stations with mutt mitt dispensers at the park as well as a mutt mitt dispenser at the head of the Lollipop Trail. We encourage you to bring your own bags to clean up after your dog, but we do provide them as well.
Solar lights: there are two solar street lights that will turn on at dusk and turn off two hours after the park closes at 8pm so that you can safely get in and out of your car and into the park and play area.

Newsletters

We have added a new page to the site to hold our newsletters. You can download and print them.  The newsletters have been posted here.

Volunteers Needed!

We are always looking for people that can help us run and maintain the Dog Park.  We need help in keeping the Park clean, helping at fundraising events, and with publicity.  If you have a desire to help, read more...
